How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Breathgreat Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics We Handle
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Breathgreat Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we matched you with
When the Issue Involves a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If a problem comes up with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Breathgreat Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@breathgreat.garden and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and then reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
